About CMGI

A think tank for tangible reform.

CMGI strives for excellence and places strong emphasis on generating value. It helps translate government goals, objectives and policy priorities into practical reform actions across governance.

CMGI supports the State Government in identifying areas where change can create the greatest impact—improving institutional performance, strengthening policy-making and enabling government to respond more effectively to the needs of people.

It also builds a repository of best practices and tools in governance reform, including e-governance. Through technology-enabled public administration, government information and transactions can be accessed through non-traditional electronic channels—anywhere, at any time, with equal access.

Reform becomes meaningful when better policy, simpler processes, capable people and appropriate technology work together for citizens.
